MIPS® mimics the brain’s natural protection system. The brain is cushioned by a low-friction fluid called cerebrospinal fluid, which allows the brain to slide inside the skull under impact. The MIPS® Brain Protection System is a unique technology that protects the brain from angled impacts by mimicking the natural friction-reducing barrier to reduce the impact transmitted to the brain. Under angled impacts, the helmet slides on the low-friction MIPS® layer, minimizing rotational forces applied to the brain.

Optimized ventilation

PC In-Mold Construction
